I’m your host, and I’ll be sharing tips you can use everyday to eat right and in this case -- get more active. [Sound Effects: jogging, biking, ball sports] Having a hard time fitting physical activity into a busy schedule? Although 30 minutes everyday, or most days of the week, is recommended, you don’t have to do it all once. You can split up your time into three 10-minute sessions. If you don’t want to stick to a single exercise or sport, mix it up by doing a different activity on different days. Most important, do something that you like. It’s easier to stay active if you like what you are doing. I hope you are a bit more inspired to get moving, no matter where, when or how.
